i was stoped at a stop sign and a truck came in my lane and hit me head on. i was on a motorcycle and now the inc comp wants to settle for 10,000 dollars my bike was totaled and cost 8000 dollars what is the lowest i should go.i think the offer is a waste of my time.

I borrowed my brother’s truck. I rear ended another vehicle. It turned out that my brother had not paid his insurance on the truck. Now the DMV is going to give me a restricted license for one year because I was responsible for an accident with no insurance coverage. I have my own car, and am fully insured myself, and was at the time of this accident. Is there anything I can do to not get a restricted license?

I’m a single mom of a baby, and I live in a state where the winters can be horrible. I’ve been in an accident in the snow due to it not being a good car for the snow/ice/rain. I’m looking for something that is safe, and good for driving in the snow rain.
I’m a small woman, 5′2, 114lbs… so I don’t want something HUGE, where I need a ladder just to get in it.

I have just been Diagnosed with colitis. Ok well I work outside as a supervisor. We do environmental work in areas where you can not get to by truck. It is rough, bouncy, and alot of mud. Well will this effect my colitis?

I bought my ‘02 Toyota Celica GT used in 2004. Almost immediately after I drove it off the lot, the drivers side headlight dropped. It had been glued back on!! I dealt with this eyesore for over 2 years. Then I was in an accident. The truck shattered the bad headlight. His insurance company paid to fix my car. Finally, two normal headlights!! But the bodyshop that fixed my car, must have cracked the seal on the other headlight. Or perhaps the accident cracked the seal, but they didn’t catch it. I noticed the moisture in my passenger side headlight assy, and called the body shop. They told me it was probably there before the accident, i just never noticed it. EXCUSE ME?! I looked at my uneven headlights every time i got in and out of my car, I know there was no moisture. But long story short, I couldn’t find a drivers side headlight assy for the two years I looked, any chance I’ll find a passenger side assy used?? They are not cheap straight from Toyota! THANKS!

Ive never had a DOT reportable accident, a ticket or anything bad. Now I can’t find a job because USXprss is reporting that I bumped a trailer and did not damage at all and also hit a pylon that was guarding a firehyrant that was hidden by a day cab parked 12 in away from the Fire hydrant. That’s against the law. This is rediculous that I should loose my career that a paid a lot of money to go to school for. I’m being turned down because of my driving record which is nothing more that minor dings on private. This should not be allowed. DAC is a joke. And they wonder why they can find enough truck drivers. This should be against the law. USXpress is out to get anyone who does not want to work for them any more. They put me off the truck 1200 miles away from home because I shut down for safety reasons due to my housemate moving my furiture and care to a warehouse and not telling me where. Of course I was extreemly upset. DOT said I did the right thing.

K….im interested in buying a used truck….but this guy that owns the truck had an accident and had to have a small peice of the frame welded together. It wasnt a huge thing either. But will that come back and bite me in the future if i do get the truck? Like will it ruin the alignment? I need help from someone who knows more about trucks than i do please….
